Skyfarm Heights

Skyfarm Heights is a farming and building simulator set on drifting sky islands, and it earns points immediately for not shoving energy timers in your face. You plant, harvest, expand, and connect islands with bridges at your own pace. The loop is comforting rather than demanding.

The drag-and-drop building is smooth and forgiving, letting you rearrange things freely. It does keep simulating while closed, so you always come back to progress. My only gripe is that late-game islands can get visually busy, but performance stayed steady throughout.
